Function & Operation
Model MBRV/02/P/1 performs the modular relief valve role in hydraulic circuits and is built as a direct, dimensionally identical replacement for the corresponding Yuken MBRV original. Set-point and porting behavior follow the original specification, so the valve drops into the existing manifold or line without re-engineering. Bodies are CNC-machined from high-grade cast iron to +/- 0.005 mm, with hardened internal components for long service.

MBRV/02/P/1 matches the original mounting interface (ISO 4401 subplate, CETOP, or the Shanghai/Chinese standard H10B / H20B pattern for 24*/34* series) with identical bolt spacing and port positions. Solenoid-operated variants use a DIN 43650 connector rated IP65, with coil voltages DC 24 V and AC 220 V. Rated pressure is 31.5 MPa with max flow 60 L/min; fluid compatibility covers mineral oil HL/HLP per DIN 51524, and optional Viton seals are available for special fluids.
