What is the lead time for standard orders?
Core 5 series (WE6/WE10/WEH/DSG/DSHG) are kept in permanent stock of 5,000+ units. Standard orders ship from Ningbo Port within 7 working days; OEM/bulk orders take 15-25 days.
Do you support urgent/express orders?
Yes. Urgent orders can be picked and dispatched within 48 hours (subject to stock), please confirm via WhatsApp with our sales team.
Can YXCHK valves directly replace original Rexroth or Yuken valves?
Yes. YXCHK valves follow ISO 4401 / DIN 24340 mounting patterns with 1:1 identical dimensions, electrical connections and performance - drop into existing systems with zero redesign or BOM changes. Rexroth-style series replaces ATOS/PARKER/REXROTH/VICKERS (31.5 MPa, silver coil); Yuken-style series replaces CML/YUKEN/KOMPASS/YUTIEN (21 MPa, matte black coil).
How do I confirm my model number matches your product?

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ from 1 piece - sample/test orders welcome; volume orders (50+) enjoy tiered pricing. Contact sales for a price list.
What is your warranty policy?
1-year replacement warranty (direct swap for manufacturing defects) plus lifetime technical support. Products are engineered for an 8-year design service life (Rexroth-style 8+ years, Yuken-style 6-8 years) with high-grade cast iron and hardened spools.
What certifications do your products hold?
Intertek-certified. Every valve undergoes 100% factory testing (electrical, internal leakage, peak-load pressure test up to 31.5 MPa) with batch-archived traceable records. Mounting patterns comply with ISO 4401 / DIN 24340; production follows ISO 9001-aligned quality management.
Do you support OEM/private label?
Yes. We support OEM/ODM with YXCHK branding or your private label. Nameplates can be marked with the competitor model number to keep end-user BOM/drawings unchanged (seamless replacement).
What payment methods and trade terms do you support?

Can I order samples for testing first?
Yes. Sample orders start from 1 piece and include the factory test report. We recommend validating at 31.5 MPa full load; sample cost is deductible for confirmed volume orders (subject to quantity).
