Do not connect a 12V coil to a 24V supply. Voltage, coil power and connector wiring must match the machine controls. A correctly assembled DIN 43650 / ISO 4400 connector with its gasket provides IP65 protection against dust and water jets; the rating depends on proper cable-gland sealing and installation.
